Together with the Association of Notaries of the Republic of Poland and the company I-REJENT Sp. z o.o., we have launched a project aimed at the long-term development of the iRejent and Notaris products. We invite all interested Clients and Notaries, as well as self-governing organizations who care about the future of Polish notariat, to participate in the project.
🎯 Project Goals – iREJENT
Improving the Process of Drafting Notarial Deeds
The project aims to develop a digital tool – a notarial deed draft generator – that will assist notaries and office staff in preparing documents through automation, templates, and integration with registers and online services.
Increasing the Efficiency of Notarial Offices
The iREJENT system is designed to reduce repetitive manual work, speed up document creation, and enable easy reuse of client data and activity templates.
Compliance with Current Regulations and Integration with External Systems
The goal is to ensure compliance with the requirements of GIIF, MS-Not24, PCC, SD, CREWAN, and other legal and registry systems. The system will also support the generation of relevant declarations, registers, and reports.
Enhancing Data Security and Quality
The project includes automation of data quality control mechanisms, such as form validation, standardized dictionaries, and completeness checks.
Modern and User-Friendly Interface
One of the objectives is to provide an intuitive interface – for both notaries and office staff – allowing quick access to the necessary features.
Version Control and Document Archiving
The iRejent system will support version management and secure archiving of documents to enable change history tracking and auditability.
Advanced Search and Filtering Options
Implementation of features enabling fast retrieval of information within registers, client databases, and documents is planned.
Support for Team Collaboration and User Roles
The system is intended to operate within a team structure – with varying levels of permissions and responsibilities (e.g., secretary’s office, notary, trainee notary, apprentice).
